Creamed honey is making a comeback for 2021! As one lovely customer said "It's the creme de la creme of raw honey, can't get enough of it!"
I used to make all our creamed honey in a small mixer by hand but just couldn't keep up with all your orders, it was so popular!
This year I have decided to invest in a whizz bang Lyson creamer machine. To help make this a reality, in a few weeks I'm launching my first honey crowd funding campaign with Pozible.
I would love to see you inside my campaign when I launch. I'm going to have some delicious rewards on offer, special experiences and your support would mean everything to me!
More about my unique creamed honey
Our creamed honey is so delicious to eat its because it's all natural, long process, delicate, unique, fragrant, delicious, deep, creamy and with a smooth velvety texture.
A special reserve aged honey is set aside for at least a year to allow a unique deep flavour to develop naturally over time with crystallization. The crystallization is a natural process and during this time the honey gradually begins to set solid by the time we go to use it, it is as hard as rock. Then we carefully combine this fragrant magical natural product with liquid pure honey and its whipped very slowly and set over time again in a cool place naturally in the jar. This slow long process creates the most unique product that is a delight for you to enjoy. A divinely delicious creamy and smooth pot set natural honey with a soft spreadable texture.
Cream honey is considered the creme de la creme of pure honey! Pure cold filtered raw creamed honey in a glass jar, all natural, handcrafted and small batch. Created with two styes of delicious natural honey from Two Busy Bees Honey. And despite the name, it does not contain any dairy products.
With the success of this campaign I hope to be bringing back our popular Creamed Honey (in two glass jar sizes - 230g and 490g) and adding a second creamed honey flavour, Creamed Honey with Red Berries. Freeze dried raspberry powder and freeze dried strawberry powder from Queensland based strawberry farm Luvaberry is added gradually at the end of the creaming process and its all whipped very slowly. The end product is the creamiest and most buttery textured honey with a pretty pink blush hue and a delicious hint of summer berries!
‘Two Busy Bees Honey’ are lucky enough to have our beehives located in a unique pocket of rural farmland right in the heart of suburbia. This mixture of seasonal wild flowers, native Australian trees and cultivated garden flowers creates the most wonderful tasting creamed honey that is both delicate and deep with delicious flavours.
More about my crowd funding campaign
On Wednesday 10th February at 9:00am I will be launching my crowd funding campaign using the Pozible crowd funding platform. Connecting my project with likeminded supporters (like you) and building a community that I hope will last well beyond my campaign. I will be raising funds to purchase a specialised piece of equipment called a Lyson Creamer. The creaming machine costs $2,434.00 with a delivery cost of $100. I will be crowd funding for the amount of $4000.
"I am a Creamed Honey addict, who seeks out my considered best local product, that is Australian Made. Always ordering when it is available, cannot get enough!"

How does a bee make honey?Nowhere in the world is there anything to compare with the incredible efficiency of the industry of the honeybee. Inside the beehive each bee has a special job to do and the whole process runs smoothly.
The history of Beekeeping - Evidence of honey foraging, honey being used for medicinal and spiritual purposes dating back thousands of years, has been found all over the world.
What is the molecular formula for honey? The chemical formula of honey is C6H12O6. This is because honey is comprised mainly of hexose sugars, such as fructose and glucose.
My dad and I did this tour with Deborah and it was an amazing experience. Deborah showcased her passion in this hands on tour, where you get right up close to the inner workings of a hive, experience the life of a beekeeper and take home some honey treats! Being immersed amongst the bees really is quite the experience and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much Deborah!
An adorable beeswax candle in the shape of a beehive with three bees on the outside and a small jar of delicious creamed honey, will put a smile on the face of any honey lover, and who isn't a honey lover?
Treat yourself or someone you love today!
I was so delighted with these beautiful beeswax candles in the shape of a beehive with three bees climbing up the outside.
They smell divine and are almost too good to light! These will make the perfect gift for so many occasions, and could be used as a birthday candle on your favourite honey cake.
