Beautiful beeswax candles are finally back in store!
It's been quite a few years since I have had a surplus of beeswax and have been able to produce beautiful beeswax candles. Most of the beeswax the bees produce is turned into sheets of foundation and goes back into the beehives. But the bees have very kindly produced extra and I am very happy to be able to share this with you!
I don't think there is anything more special than burning a beeswax candles! 100% natural and long burning, beeswax is coloured naturally by pollen and fragranced by honey and flower nectar. They smell just wonderful when burning and create a wonderful sense of calmness in your home environment.
Beeswax candles have a higher melt point than other waxes which results in a brighter flame (that doesn't smoke) and warm amber glow. Bright yellow handcrafted beeswax candles have a warm honey aroma when burning and produces negative ions that actually clean the air a create a real sense of well being and contentment. Long burning, non toxic for animals, natural and calming.

The wick is made from rolled cotton, especially designed to burn steady and slow for traditional beeswax candles.
Long burning (20 hours), non toxic for pets, natural, calming and cleansing. The symbolism of this traditional skep beehive is profound. To offer this little beehive as a gift or to have it in one's abode is to invite symbolically the blessing of the honeybees.
How does a bee make honey?Nowhere in the world is there anything to compare with the incredible efficiency of the industry of the honeybee. Inside the beehive each bee has a special job to do and the whole process runs smoothly.

What is the molecular formula for honey? The chemical formula of honey is C6H12O6. This is because honey is comprised mainly of hexose sugars, such as fructose and glucose.
My dad and I did this tour with Deborah and it was an amazing experience. Deborah showcased her passion in this hands on tour, where you get right up close to the inner workings of a hive, experience the life of a beekeeper and take home some honey treats! Being immersed amongst the bees really is quite the experience and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much Deborah!
An adorable beeswax candle in the shape of a beehive with three bees on the outside and a small jar of delicious creamed honey, will put a smile on the face of any honey lover, and who isn't a honey lover?
Treat yourself or someone you love today!
I was so delighted with these beautiful beeswax candles in the shape of a beehive with three bees climbing up the outside.
They smell divine and are almost too good to light! These will make the perfect gift for so many occasions, and could be used as a birthday candle on your favourite honey cake.
