In medium saucepan over low - medium heat, heat one tablespoon of oil and carefully fry garlic powder, onion powder and all the dry spices. Whisk in the bourbon and tomato paste. Bring to a gentle slow boil and cook until reduced by half and thickened. Whisk in the peanut butter honey, ketchup manis, honey and hot sauce. Return to a simmer and cook for another 5 minutes. If a thinner sauce is desired, whisk in 1/3 cup water.
