Apple and Cinnamon Bliss Balls

Apple and Cinnamon Bliss Balls - Two Busy Bees Honey

1 cups rolled oats

1 cup desiccated coconut

2 tablespoons apple purée

10 grams crispy dried apple

2 tablespoons Two Busy Bees honey

3 tablespoons Two Busy Bees honey chocolate cashew nut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup desiccated coconut (for rolling balls)

Place the oats into your processor and blend until they resemble a flour. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until the mixture is well combined. Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls then roll in the 1/4 cup desiccated coconut. Place the balls into the fridge to set.

Serve. Eat. Enjoy
